  • How often should I get my pet's teeth cleaned?
    Tartar develops differently for all dogs. We usually will recommend a return visit in 3, 6, 9, or 12 months for their next cleaning.
  • How do I book your services?
    Using the schedule, find the date and location that works best for you. Click or Tap on the below calendar items and it will show a pop-up with a contact number. Use the contact number to book your appointment with The Tooth Furry.
  • Can I watch you while you clean my pet's teeth?
    Cleanings will be done out of sight from pet owners as this causes a distraction for the dog and they are usually calmer when the owner is not around.
  • How long are appointments?
    Appointments usually take 30-45 minutes.
  • Are you able to clean the insides of the teeth and the far back molars?
    Yes, we are able to get all the teeth surfaces clean while the dog is awake. We have a large number of different holds and techniques that we do that makes it easy to reach the insides and the backs of all the teeth.
  • What's the difference between Hand Scaling & Ultrasonic Scaling?
    Ultrasonic is faster and more effective Hand scaling can scratch/scrape the tooth. This method is only used when absolutely necessary Ultrasonic does not use pressure on the teeth
  • Where are your locations?
    We have host locations that we service throughout the Lower Mainland. To see all our locations:
  • Are you the same as going to the vet?
    This technique is considered cosmetic and/or hygienic and not to be confused with a medical procedure by a Vet. We do not diagnose or treat any ailment or diseases.
  • How much do your services cost?
    Our services cost between $100 to $350 per treatment. This includes our initial consultation, and ongoing recommendations to keep your pet's oral health at it's best. ​ The initial cleaning cost ranges from $250 – $350 depending on build up on your dog's teeth and time needed. Prior to cleaning during the complimentary consultation, you will be provided with the estimate.
